Imagine how YOU would like to be seen on the runway.

Come one, come all, to Art to Ware's pop-up store at Port Authority Bus Terminal in collaboration with The Moving Orchestra, and strut the runway! There will be live music and dance, along with original pieces of upcycled designer clothes to try on and/or purchase.

About Art to Ware

Art to Ware is a sustainable, women- and minority-owned fashion brand showcasing a carefully curated selection of one-of-a-kind garments and accessories created from upcycled materials.

Explore the latest designs from burgeoning up-and-coming designers, all selected by Art to Ware founder and fashion influencer, Lesley Ware.

Featured designers include Parron Allen, Gianni Lee, Hansel Clothing, JRat, Alexa, Stark, Ooh Baby, and Project Runway alumnae, Epperson. The store also features a program of demonstrations and talks by Lesley Ware, who shares her philosophy of cultivating creativity through personal style, with tips about reworking gently-worn clothing into unique creations.

About The Moving Orchestra

Established in 2019, The Moving Orchestra’s mix of musicians, dancers, actors, and visual artists has presented programs across New York City heavily based in improvisation, tailored to spaces ranging from art galleries, blackboxes, and restaurants. Inspired by Black collectives such as the Association for Advancement of Creative Musicians (AACM), they are lifting the practice of interdisciplinary collaborative art in their community and carving a new, self-empowering “what’s possible” in creative performance.

Note that this Groupmuse will provide vodka and mixers donated by the store, but please tip the bartender!
