Welcome back to our beautiful home in the Presidio!
This time Ian will be performing himself. On the program will be works Chopin and other composers.
Ian's piano is a 1924 Steinway M - 100 years old, but recently restored and refurbished.
Our home is close to the Richmond district and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Public transport is tricky - plan ahead - if you want to use the Presidio Shuttle service or plan to walk up the hill from the 1-California or 38-Geary bus lines.
This will be a small and intimate concert - with only 15 seats we are setting the "Suggested Contribution" at $25 to make sure that our musician does well. Of course its just a suggestion, so you can plan to give much more than that 😉
We live on a "slow street" with limited parking. I'll send out a message the day beforehand to let everyone know where you can park nearby in our part of the Presidio.
Note: We are a shoe-free house, so wear your coolest socks or BYOS (bring your own slippers). We also have a limited number of shoe covers.
