Hi! I'm Albert. This groupmuse will be held at a space that is normally used for a puzzle escape room. We're right next to Barcade, off the Lorimer L/Metropolitan G (and also Hewes JMZ).
This is my first groupmuse!
Program
(change of program from cello duets)
Anton Arensky (1861-1906)
String Quartet No. 2 in A minor, Op. 35
i. Moderato
ii. Variations sur un thême de P. Tschaikovsky. Moderato
iii. Finale. Andante sostenuto
P.S. Any more Cal bears out there in NYC? Turns out both the host Albert and I are UC Berkeley alumni!

Thank you so much for coming and playing in our Mysterious Room! Next time I hope you'll come to play our escape game there.
I'd love to host these once a month or so; please keep an eye out if you liked the space last night.

Looking forward to performing Arensky for y'all on Sunday! I love the Arensky quartet for its evocation of Orthodox chants and interesting instrumentation of two cellos rather than two violins.
Many thanks to the other musicians - Catherine, Jenny, and Will - for making this groupmuse possible during my short stay in NY! See y'all soon!
