Hi Everyone I am very excited to come play. It was a tough month. I am glad you asked about playing something relavent to the times. I initially had a celebratory program, but am finding myself playing a kind of comfort food program now. I have a bunch of Chaconnes that I'd like to play. All in all I am looking for balance, some reflection of our times, how bad, how good and trying o find meaning in the reflection of history.

Music from the birth of Spain and the its Golden Age
Two Cantigas de Santa Maria by Alfonso X
1. To dispell our doubts
2. One who serves Saint Mary

Canarios

Music from the Holy Roman Empire to the Napolionc Wars

Thank you so much! I had a wonderful time and I can't wait for Figaro on the 10th!

I recorded the concert for a friend who was supposed to come with me but was in an accident, and was watching it again today and marveled over the magic moment when Stacey's voice cut through the room.

Thanks so much to Mark, and to Stacey. A special and rejuvenating evening, deeply appreciated. A wonderful congenial audience as well. Hoping to see you all again very soon.
