Now that Groupmuse Los Angeles has been blossoming for six months, the community is ready for the next level and we couldn't be prouder that the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra - one of the world's finest ensembles and truly a treasure in the City of Angeles - is going to take us there. That's right - LACO is opening its arms to Groupmuse for our next Night Out.

And what a night it'll be.

It opens with Igor Stravinky's funky throwback the Pulcinella Suite - based largely off of a work written 300 years ago, but filled out with Igor's chunky, modernist vision of the world.

Then, Jennifer Koh, superstar virtuoso of the violin, joins for a performance of Witold Lutosławski's contemporary concerto Chain 2.

The beating heart of the evening is a performance of Mozart's 40th Symphony, arguably his most beloved and overwhelming masterpiece.

Tickets are typically $40, but because it's Groupmuse and fortune smiles upon us, you can get yours for $20. But the supply is quite limited and these things'll fly so grab 'em!

This concert is also being offered the night before at the Alex Theatre in Glendale
