About

Saxophonist Seychelle Dunn-Corbin and Flutist Adrienne Baker came together in February 2016, both passionate about works for winds and accessibility to audiences and musicians alike.

Through research, transcription and commission, they have exposed audiences in the Greater Boston Area to America's diverse legacy, whether it be cutting new contemporary music, championing the works by women or works by people of color.

Celebrating the rich tradition and legacy of African American Spirituals, they have commissioned Spirituals for Wind Duo from composer Anthony Green. They have recently completed their 4th Call for Scores commissioning project where they will premiere a new work composed for them "Don't Pay Them No Mind" by Cole Reyes dedicated to Marsha P. Johnson, gay activist and drag queen.
