About

Born 1995 in Miami, Edward Luengo is a Venezuelan-American cellist from a family of pilots and aviation. His principal teachers include Maria Antonieta Salas, Aaron Merritt, and Jean-Michel Fonteneau. He studied with Philippe Muller at the Manhattan School of Music where he also worked extensively with Heasook Rhee and Sylvia Rosenberg and is now pursuing a Professional Studies Diploma with Frans Helmerson at the Kronberg Academy.
