About

I am an American violinist based in Paris since 2015. I freelance mostly as a soloist, mainly in France, Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, and sometimes Italy. In Kyiv, Ukraine I play regularly with the Ukho Ensemble - a new music ensemble started on the heels of the revolution and specializing in contemporary music and commissioning young composers. Our first cd, "Stefano Gervasoni: Pas Perdu" is currently out on Spotify and Itunes.
I am passionate about both classical music and working with today's composers, and breaking the boundaries that categorization sometimes puts on music. I also have extensive experience collaborating with visual artists, which I find greatly inspiring (such as Rainer Ganahl in New York and Alex Cecchetti in Paris). I have bachelor's and master's degrees from Juilliard and an artist diploma in contemporary music from the Paris Conservatory (CNSMDP).
