Host

The sweetest dreams are those dreamt in morning... such dreams are real and intense; recalled more vividly than dreams of the night.

Join us at summer's end on the Sunday morning of August 30th at 11am (ET) as we begin the day with an unforgettable musical journey broadcast in HD from the beautiful, historical Cloister of the medieval San Francesco Church in the commune of Grosseto, in the heart of Tuscany, Italy.

Soprano Natalia Pavlova and pianists Gala Chistiakova and Diego Benocci will draw us into a world of sweet reverie with lullabies, romances and arias by Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky, in tribute to the composer's 180th birthday. Pavlova will then sing songs set to the beautiful poetry of Vera Pavlova, translated in English by Steven Seymour. Diego and Gala will also perform piano for 4 hands to round out the morning.

A professional quality recording of the performance will also be available two days after the event for those who RSVP on Groupmuse.com.
