Come join us for a cozy winter evening listening to great chamber music and make some new friends in our home in Renton.
Program
Experience beloved favorites and rare art songs in the up-close environment for which they were written, performed by a singer who won the prestigious Vocal Arts DC Discovery Series competition and the International Traxel Society competition.
Journey through romantic ups and downs -- advice, flirting, love, betrayal, soul-baring laments, and satire -- with gorgeous and humorous art songs by Alfredo Casella, Gabriel Faure', Giorgio Federico Ghedini, Carrie Jacobs-Bond, Bruno Maderna, Arnold Schoenberg (from Cabaret Songs), Franz Schubert, and Hugo Wolf.
