This is a groupmuse

A live concert in a living room, backyard, or another intimate space. They're casual and friendly, hosted by community members.

Get ready to go on a special musical journey of Romantic and contemporary music off the beaten path. Flutist Ellie Falaris Ganelin joins Bay Area classical music veterans Lewis Patzner (cello) and Elektra Schmidt (piano) for a concert of trios and sonatas for flute, cello and piano. The program celebrates female composer Louise Farrenc with her elegant Trio for Flute, Cello & Piano, Op. 45. They will also play duos by 20th-century Greek composers Manolis Kalomiris and Nicolas Astrinidis, filled with lush chords and expressive melodies. Each work has classical roots, infused with the heart and soul of folk music from their native Greece. The evening also features a fresh new flute-cello duet by our very own Lewis Patzner. Bring a friend and your favorite beverage, and join us for this one-of-kind program!
