Our non-Groupmuse activities focus on our own and other contemporary music, but perhaps not of the variety you're used to hearing. We believe contemporary music can be challenging yet approachable for listeners, can be new and exciting without abandoning the traditions and forms of music from the past, and can be transcendent without sacrificing beauty. Check out our music in the videos below!
We think Groupmuse is the perfect place for remaking the image of contemporary music from the ground up, and we don't mind playing the classics either :) We also like to give life to old pieces and composers that we think have been unfairly neglected (the Gernsheims, Nielsens, Gades of the world)
