I'm a senior at Harvard College, concentrating in Slavic Languages and Literature. I grew up in Boston, and started playing violin at age three. I spent a year at Juilliard studying with Catherine Cho and Joel Smirnoff and have also studied with Itzhak Perlman, Don Weilerstein, and Li Lin. Recently, I performed Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto with Harvard's Bach Society Orchestra, and past performances include concerts at Carnegie Hall, Neue Galerie and the Juilliard School. In 2018, a longtime friend, Noah Krauss, and I began working together as a violin-piano duo and we have been performing at venues throughout the northeast. As a chamber musician, I have gone to Taos School of Music and the Perlman Music Program where I met and studied with members of the Brentano, Shanghai, Juilliard, and Cleveland Quartets. I was also concertmaster of the Harvard Radcliffe Orchestra in 2018-19. In my leisure time, I like to play basketball with my dad!
