About

I had a “tiger mom” growing up and she would tell me, “You should practice till your fingers bleed” and I thought she was crazy until that actually happened. I was playing Bartok Piano concerto no.3 with orchestra and my fingers were bleeding. That was long long ago and and my students think I am crazy when I tell that story.

I have won many piano competitions growing up and played as a soloist with several orchestras as a prize winner, and I have BM and MM and even studies Doctoral of Musical Arts for couple of yrs, but that means nothing if I don’t share music with others because music is dead if it is not heard, so I play continuously.

Music

I play mainly classical music in a wide range from Baroque to modern. My typical repertoire mainly consist with works by Bach, Chopin, Schumann, Debussy, Ravel, Rachmaninoff, Gershwin, and I also play Ginastera, Bartok, Prokofiev, Bolcome, and etc.
