A Study in Strings…What can violins, violas, cellos and guitars do? The answer is a surprising look at the dynamic sounds of a group of diverse performers who reimagine the sound of classical chamber music. While honoring the sounds and techniques of the past, a study in strings pushes forward without delving into the world of atonal nonsense. Melody, rhythm, and the soaring sounds of strings are the bread and butter of this group without trotting out the tired old standards.
