A new transplant to Albany, New York, Laura was recently the cello chair of the hit revival of Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish. Her music degrees come from Mannes College the New School for Music and the Israel Philharmonic/Tel Aviv University partnership program. As soloist and chamber musician, her appearances have included major stages in New York City, across Europe, and Israel. She attended the Aspen Music festival and studied with Timothy Eddy, Hillel Zori, Richard Aaron, Gary Hoffman, Yehuda Hanani, David Geringas, and Barbara Stein Mallow. Radio appearances include WQXR and Israel’s Kol HaMusika.

Also an excited Groupmuse Host, Laura is eager to connect with musicians in the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and reconnect with her native New York City.
